My daughter and I spent the weekend at the Dream Castle Hotel and it was absolutely lovely. Really nice and clean hotel with top notch facilities. We only discovered that it had a spa on the last day (an excuse to visit again) which looked absolutely lovely. We dined in the restaurant on our last night and wish wed eaten there more, the food was to die for!

We came as a last minute holiday before our kids went back to school and had a great time. Check in was quick and easy, and staff very professional. Room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast service has a lot of variety, from fruits, pastries and hot drinks etc. It was an overall great stay and and a great getaway for the entire family.

The shuttle was great, always ran no matter the weather. The room was really comfy with a big bath tub in the toilet. The restaurant is superb, with lots of choice. We enjoyed the pub and the speciality cocktails. For the price we paid, the stay was worth it.

The staff were lovely. The pool facilities were also enjoyable, especially the hot tub, and the free towels were a good touch. There are lots of facilities for kids too, such as several arcades and a Disney shop. The hotel is also in an excellent location, only five minutes away from Disney on the free shuttle.

Excellent two bedroom suite with plenty of room and great bathroom. Very helpful staff on front desk, they answered any question we had and always quick to answer the phone.
Good breakfast included with wide selection and nice fresh fruit as well as hams and cheeses and hot buffet. Great hotel so close to Disney!

The hotel is immaculate, the settings and grounds are beautiful, the view from our window was breathtaking, overlooking the gardens and rolling hills. The hotel was organised and staff very helpful and professional. The shuttle buses were very frequent too, I don’t think we ever waited longer that around 5-10 minutes max, so a great location as well.

My two kids and I loved it here! The hotel really went the extra mile to extend the magic beyond the parks, especially with the fairy tale theme. There was always something to do, the indoor pool, the sauna to the games arcade... the hotel truly had the customers needs first! I love the fact that the Disney hotels and the hotels surrounding the park are themed, and the Vienna House Dream Castle is no exception. Not only were the staff friendly and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast a perfect way to start the day. But the royal theme of the hotel was perfect! My 4 year old daughter felt like a true princess which was very heart-warming. A must for little princes and princesses!

This hotel is amazing and great value for money! We stayed for 3 nights and went to Disneyland for 4 days. It is in an amazing location and takes 5 minutes to get to the park on a free shuttle bus. We stayed for 2 nights, the room had everything you needed. It was nice and clean. The bathroom had lots of little extras which was lovely and good shower gel and shampoo which was helpful. We had room service and the food was surprisingly good! Drinks in the bar were a bit pricey but again very nice. Staff on desk very helpful. Brilliant free bus service to and from Disney. Breakfast was fantastic.

We stayed at this hotel which was unbelievable. Staff were pleasant spoke good English and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were good with reasonable size beds and so comfortable. We did try the restaurant for the buffet and it was good overall. However, the restaurants in the park were also great if you wanted to switch it up. Was easy to access the parks via a shuttle bus and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was spotlessly clean (especially the bathroom) - the beds were lovely and comfortable and the linen was spotless. The fridge in the room was a real bonus and we could store refreshments and snacks in there. Breakfast was delicious and we had plenty of options. All staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. We got the free shuttle bus to Disney which was perfect. We only stayed for 2 nights but would definitely return!

We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again when we eventually return. The rooms were spotless and the kids adored the bunk beds. Staff were friendly, there was a great pool and hotel is located in some lovely grounds. There is a free shuttle to and from Disney which runs really regularly. I have stayed at Disney hotels a few times but found this to be just as good and was very happy with the price too!

We went here for my daughters 5th birthday for 5 days. The place is amazing and really great for the kids. She loved the play area with ball pit etc and loved the games room also. The pool is huge and was lovely for an evening swim. Very close to Disneyland by free shuttle bus, so handy. Hotel is really clean and staff are super friendly. The hotel also had a lovely garden to explore - just beautiful!

Stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting Disneyland Paris. Check in was quick and easy and the room was lovely, including a safe and a fridge. Large choice of hot and cold breakfast items, Id recommend going for breakfast earlier to avoid possible queues. We did visit the hotel bar on an evening whilst the kids played in the arcade. The staff were friendly and the cocktails we had were lovely, especially after spending the day walking round the parks. Overall the hotel is a perfect base for visiting Disneyland and was really great value too.

This hotel is like literally living in a castle! We had a king size bed which was great and the hotel even had a sauna and steam room and the buffet restaurant had a lot of variety and really tasty food! There was a free shuttle to take you to Disney and we never had an issue with getting there or going back to our hotel. Overall, a really great hotel that I have already recommended to others.

Ive been to Disneyland Paris many times and have tried a few of the off-site hotels but think this is my favourite. Our room was a great size and my kids loved the bunk beds! The person on reception was so helpful and efficient in checking us in. The breakfast buffet was really good and it was great to see that they had arcade games for children in the reception are. Definitely recommend this hotel for families!

I had to give this hotel 5 stars! The hotel was so pretty and our room was very nice. I made use of the spa whilst my husband took the kids to the pool and think we all had a lovely time doing so! The free bus was really quick and easy to use and we had the most wonderful time in the Disney parks. The whole booking with MagicBreaks was a breeze and Im looking to book with them again in the near future!

I couldnt recommend this hotel more, Ive just returned from a 3 night stay here and absolutely loved it. Although its not as close to the parks as some of the other hotels its just a short bus ride from the hotel, it takes no time at all. Our room was really comfortable and kept really clean. We ate breakfast at the hotel and there was always lots to choose from. The swimming pool was great and wed definitely recommend making time to use it if youre staying here. We cant wait to stay here again!

Id definitely stay at the Dream castle hotel again, we loved our stay here back in February. We had a room with two double beds which was perfect for me my partner and our little girl (6). The beds were extremely comfy and the room was kept really clean. We used the pool once during our stay which we really enjoyed. If we visit again Id love to use the spa as well! The food at the hotel was really nice with plenty of choice and the location of the hotel is lovely. Its really easy to get into the disney parks, the bus is really quick and we never had to wait long for one to arrive. We booked a princess lunch for our last day as my little girl loves the disney princesses and it was brilliant; it was a real highlight of the trip. We would really recommend it. And the dream castle hotel made our trip even more magical!

I stayed here with my partner and our little girl earlier this year and we really loved this hotel, it really feels like a fairytale castle which made our disney holiday even more magical. Our room had 1 double bed and a set of bunk beds which my daughter loved. We used the pool on one day which we enjoyed and the paddling pool is great for young children. My little girl also loved the merry go round at the hotel and the indoor play area. This is a great hotel if youre travelling as a family and wed definitely stay here again!

Weve visited disneyland paris four times and we will choose this hotel every time. My daughters especially love this hotel it really does feel like youre in a castle which makes the holiday even more magical. The rooms are very spacious and always kept very clean. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is great each morning and the free bus makes it so easy to get to Disney. Id 100% recommend this hotel!

We would really recommend the viennna house dream castle hotel if youre visitng disneyland. The room was really comfortable with everything we needed and is kept to a very high standard. The bunk beds were great for my kids, although they did fight over who got the top bunk! We all enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the Excalibur bar was great for getting a drink and a few snacks. The free bus made it really quick and easy to get to and from the Disney parks each day. Wed all love to stay here again.

My family and I recently stayed here for the second time and again had a great stay. The rooms are really comfy and spacious, and the bunk beds are a real hit with my kids! The food is always lovely with so much to choose from, even for my two young children who can be quite fussy eaters. They love the kids play areas in this hotel and also used the games room this time as well which my son especially enjoyed. We would definitely recommend booking this hotel if youre travelling to Disneyland - especially families!

I stayed here last month with my family and we had a great trip. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained - they really loved the indoor and outdoor play areas, and my wife really enjoyed using the spa. The food in the Musketeer themed restaurant was great and the view from the bar terrace was lovely. The free shuttle makes it really easy to get to the parks so dont worry about being that little bit further away. The booking process with MagicBreaks was great and well definitely book with them again. Thanks for a great holiday!
