Great stay. Everywhere was incredibly clean, staff friendly and helpful, loads of activities and rooms were spacious with everything we needed in them. From start to finish I’d score it a 10. We also went to Disney for the day and the bus picked us up at the park and it was £2.50 each way running regularly. The pools on site were outstanding and all the restaurants and supermarkets had great options available. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at this hotel, which we booked via the Disneyland Paris website, and unfortunately, it was quite a mixed experience. The initial room looked like it may have been flooded in the past. Behind the kids’ beds, I discovered what appeared to be black mold or flood residue. I only moved the bed in the first place because I noticed what looked like dirt around the window—I didn’t want my daughter breathing that in—only to find mold on the wall behind the beds. When we alerted the front desk about the mold, they moved us to a VIP room. While it was more spacious and we appreciated the gesture, there were still questionable marks in the corners that looked like mold. Plus, once we returned home, we discovered they had charged us for what they labeled an “upgrade,” even though the move was supposed to address the mold issue. To make matters worse, contacting the hotel about this charge proved frustrating. They offer a phone number, but you can only call during certain hours, which is inconvenient for guests like us who live in Australia and deal with a big time difference. The overall room cleaning needs improvement. There was dust and dirt buildup in several areas, suggesting they need to do a more thorough, deep cleaning throughout the hotel. The plumbing in both rooms also seemed to struggle—water drained very slowly, and at times it felt like the drains were partially clogged.

Myself and my family stayed here for 1 week (10th-14th). We stayed in Lodge 3316, which was spacious, clean, and have good value for the size. It was located approximately 10-15 minutes from the pool and the entertainment area. The Lodge However did have an issue or 2, the shower drain constantly smelt like sewage, which unfortunately was hard to ignore. The microwave oven was difficult to use, and the qr code for the instructions did not work. The location for the park is subjective to what you're planning to do on your holiday. If you're going to Disney, it's perfect if you're staying on site great. However, going further afield you will need a car. The activities are plentiful, I took part in archery, which was great! But as you would expect the activities are on the expensive side, the same can be said about the stores and restaurants but to be expected. Overall, for the price we paid, it was not too bad. However, in peak season, I would struggle to justify the price.

We've had a great time at centre parcs. We did it as a joint booking and got 2 days at Disney too. On arrival, we were really annoyed to wait in a long queue of people wanting to check in, and there was only one person at the check in desk. After a long drive, not something we appreciated. Having said that, the service throughout the park was good otherwise. Facilities in the room were basic, but we're clean and enough. Another moan would be that the park paths were made from a chalky stone which got EVERYWHERE! The restaurants were nice although pricey. The farm and soft play were excellent. Lovely to see animals that were clearly very well looked after. We would come again but we would bring more of our own food to eat meals there. The proximity to Disney and the ease of getting to Disney was fantastic, however it was a lengthy 1.5 hour journey to Paris. Personally if I wanted to go to Paris I would go to Paris on a separate trip and not bother going from centre parcs. The activities were good, but pricey.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent hours in the pool inside and out. The slides were so fun the kids absolutely loved it. Also went bowling and went to the farm. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend if visiting disney as only 10 min drive from here.
