Please make sure that you have checked-in at least 1 hour before departure but no longer than 2 hours before departure. The relevant security and passport checks can therefore be carried out in time for the departure of the train.
The departure process is very simple, just follow the signs and staff instructions, drive onto the train and 35 minutes later drive off and you're already in France... it's as quick and simple as that!
There are currently 2 shuttles operating per hour in each direction during normal hours.
Important note: Any vehicles with an LPG or other gas related tanks will not be allowed to cross for safety reasons.
