Manage My Booking

If you have paid a deposit, balances are due 9 weeks before departure; a balance reminder will be sent to you via email. Using our Manage My Booking tool, you can pay off your balance easily online and in instalments that suit you.

To login to Manage My Booking you will need your file number reference - this can be found in the top right hand corner of your booking confirmation. Manage My Booking also allows you to view details of your trip, passenger details, your outstanding balance and your final balance due date.

You can also request a secure payment link from a member of our team. You will receive a link via email that will allow you to pay your balance securely online.

 


 

Ticketing 


Tickets are processed approximately 14 days before departure. Tickets are issued in an e-ticket format so don't forget to check your email inbox for your travel documentation. If you change postal or email address please notify a member of our team on 0330 880 5006 to ensure your travel documentation is sent to the correct place.
Please note that travel documentation for coach holidays will be emailed out to you approximately 7-10 days before departure.
